The hotel's location is very convenient, close to the train station, restaurants, and a grocery store, making it easy to explore Nice. The rooms are in need of renovation and could be cleaner, but they are tidied daily. The service was friendly overall. The dining options seemed a bit expensive and compact. Close to major attractions, but not aesthetically pleasing.

The hotel provided a conveniently located spot near the train station and central street, perfect for exploring Nice. The rooms, although looking a bit dated, were clean and tidy, but slightly cramped with the extra child's bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful, showing us even a new tram line to Nice airport. However, they were a bit hesitant to assist with the smoke problem. Accepting pets without additional fees was a bonus, and being in the middle of the city on a quiet backstreet offered the best of both worlds.
